Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping fees, taxes and duties

Shipping is free worldwide and it is provided by DHL.
Import duties are included in the price shown on the website. In fact, all destinations are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you do not have to think about them. Indeed, relevant import taxes and duties are processed by Ama Bags once your order has been shipped. You do not have to pay any additional fee after checkout, and we will take care of the whole process.
Import taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout. All other non-customs-related local sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and Ama Bags is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days after the day of delivery.
We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use, for refund. Please note that customized products (including couture filters) cannot be refunded.
Returns must be packaged in the Ama Bags box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
To start a return, please contact admin@impossible-brands.com,  specify your order number follow the steps provided. We will cover the shipping cost of the returns and any customs fees for you. The refund will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Once your return has been approved you have 7 days to use the provided shipping label before it and the return request expires.

Exchanges

You can exchange your products within 14 days after receiving the original purchase. 
We only accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, with no signs of use. Customized products (including couture filters) cannot be exchanged. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again or returned.
The items selected for exchange must be returned packaged in the Ama Bags box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
To start an exchange, please contact admin@impossible-brands.com,  specify your order number and follow the steps provided by our Customer Care team. We will cover the shipping costs of the return and any customs fees for you. The exchange will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.
Once your exchange has been approved you have 7 days to use the provided shipping label before it and the exchange request expire.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
In the case of defective or incorrect items, we invite you to immediately contact admin@impossible-brands.com. Ama Bags reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
